BUILTSIMPLE was developed by me, a former professional athlete.
After years of high-level, structured training, the contrast became obvious:
What works in elite performance environments is often missing in recreational fitness.
I retired from professional sport about a year ago.
What remained was not intensity or volume, but clarity.
The systems that worked at the highest level were simple, repeatable, and calm.
That same logic is what Built Simple applies today.
Not scaled-down elite training.
But elite-level thinking applied to everyday life. The busy and hectiv life many men live today.
