No full gym is required.

The program mainly uses simple equipment such as:

• Pull-up bar
• Dip station or parallel bars (or chairs)
• Rings or TRX-Bands
• Resistance band
• Optional additional weights for higher levels

Most exercises also include scaling options if you are training at home.
