Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, consumers ordinarily have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period would ordinarily begin on the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise a right of withdrawal, you would need to inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but this is not mandatory.

2. Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal — Digital Content

‍ ‍

All BuiltSimple Programs — including Foundation, Men of Momentum, and any other current or future digital program or membership — are supplied as digital content and made available immediately upon conclusion of the contract, with no delay and no tangible medium of delivery.

‍ ‍

Under applicable law, the right of withdrawal for digital content expires early where:

‍ ‍

• you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and

• you have acknowledged that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal.

‍ ‍

You provide this consent and acknowledgment at checkout before completing your purchase. As a result, your right of withdrawal expires immediately upon purchase, at the moment access to the Program is granted. This applies equally to one-time purchases (e.g. Foundation) and to the initial and any recurring payment of a membership (e.g. Men of Momentum), since each payment grants immediate access to digital content.

Because of this, purchases of BuiltSimple Programs are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required otherwise by mandatory consumer protection law.

3. Cancelling an Ongoing Membership

‍ ‍

The early expiry of the right of withdrawal described above relates to your statutory withdrawal right for a specific payment, not to your ability to stop future payments.

‍ ‍

For recurring memberships such as Men of Momentum, you may cancel at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for the period already paid, since access to that period's digital content has already been granted in full. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for the specific cancellation mechanism for your membership.

4. Governing Law

‍ ‍

This Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence that may apply to you as a consumer and that cannot be excluded by agreement.

5. Sample Withdrawal Form
