That's no problem. You have detailed instructions in the app, as well as alternative exercises and benchmark tests for these. The program adapts to your level through a specific programmed internal system.

I also use the app for my professional athletes. It's a bulletproof system.
The great thing is that I can control exactly what happens. I have built preset progressions into this program. This means that on day 1, you do a test, add your rep numbers to your profile, and then you can see exactly how many repetitions you should do per workout and set.

Yes, you get access via App and via Web, so you don´t need the App.

No. The program is designed around focused sessions, not daily training to fit a busy mens life. You have the option to train every day through optional workouts. The key-sessions are marked.

Yes. You can restart the program by adjusting the start date in your profile and run it mutiple times per year with based on your new fitness-level.

No. Standard equipment, like in my videos, is sufficient. You´ll get alternatives for movements based on your equipment and level. A Pull-Up Bar, TRX/Rings and maybe a Dumbbell, Weightvest or Kettleball are enough.

No. It is a structured, general training system.
But it adapts to you. At the beginning and end of each block, you perform benchmark tests so that the app can give you exact rep counts for each workout. We have incorporated these percentages in advance so that after you have done the tests, you have exact numbers for each workout. No calculating, no counting. -
Continue with the next scheduled session or just move the program in-app by a few days. Consistency matters more than perfection.
